Cairo & Giza

• Shipping Fee: EGP 95
• Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days
• Same-day delivery is also available via Uber Scooter upon request.

Delta Areas & Alexandria

• Shipping Fee: EGP 105
• Estimated Delivery: 4–8 business days

Canal Cities

• Shipping Fee: EGP 115
• Estimated Delivery: 4–8 business days

Upper Egypt

• Shipping Fee: EGP 125
• Estimated Delivery: 4–8 business days

Qena, Aswan & Hurghada

• Shipping Fee: EGP 145
• Estimated Delivery: 4–8 business days

Sharm El Sheikh, North Coast & Matrouh

• Shipping Fee: EGP 175
• Estimated Delivery: 4–8 business days

Order Confirmation

• Orders placed through our website or WhatsApp will be confirmed with the customer.
• The delivery fee must be paid in advance to confirm and process the order.
• Once the payment is confirmed, the order will be prepared and arranged for delivery.

Important Note 📝

• For same-day delivery via Uber Scooter, the full order amount must be paid before requesting the Uber Scooter.

• If the customer decides not to receive the order due to a size issue, dissatisfaction with the item, or any other reason, the order will be returned via Uber Scooter.

• The customer is responsible for the Uber Scooter fees for both the delivery and the return.

• The Uber Scooter fees are paid directly to the driver in cash.

• Once the returned order is received and checked by Twéva, the order amount will be refunded to the customer.

• Delivery fees are non-refundable in case of return.

• Official public holidays are not counted within the delivery timeframes.

• Please ensure that your phone number and delivery address are accurate to avoid any delays.
