Exchange & Return Policy

At Twéva, every piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our hands.

We care deeply about quality, fit, and your overall experience — your satisfaction is always our top priority.

-Returns

We do not accept returns, except in the following cases:

• A clear manufacturing defect.

• The item received does not match your order (wrong product, color, or size).

To request a return in these cases:

• Submit your request within 2 days of receiving the item.

• The defect must be photographed on the same day of delivery.

• The item must be:

• Unworn • Unwashed

• In original condition with all tags and packaging intact

-Exchanges (Size Only)

We accept exchanges for size-related issues only.

Exchange conditions:

• Request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

• The item must be: • Unworn • Unwashed

• In its original condition with tags attached • Exchanges are processed within 7 to 12 working days.

• Shipping fees (60 EGP) are covered by the customer unless the issue is on our side.
